Presentation Video

This presentation was given in the ISHA 2011 conference in Paris, France.

The Stability Index which is a combination of the center-edge angle and the acetabular inclination is also presented.

How is your hip?

Modified Harris Hip Score (mHHS)

Check how your hip is doing. Fill-up those 8 questions and get a result on the spot.
The score is reported as 90-100 for excellent results, 80-89 being good, 70-79 fair, 60-69 poor, and below 60 a failed result. Using the HHS, results of hip surgeries can be compared across different surgeons in an objective fashion. In the clinic, this score and others allow us to rapidly get a feel for how you are doing before and after surgery.
